Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Jnana Mama Wellness.
We take great care in preparing, packaging, and sending each order with love and integrity.
This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle delivery for both digital and physical products.

Digital Products (Instant Delivery)

All digital purchases—including guided meditations, PDFs, courses, and NeuroReset materials—are available immediately after purchase via download link or email delivery.
If you do not receive your digital file within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact hello@jnanamamawellness.com for support.
Digital purchases do not include any physical shipments.

Physical Products (Ritual Kits, Teas, Apothecary Items)

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Each item is prepared with care and intention to ensure quality and energetic integrity.

Shipping Rates:
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier rates.
Domestic orders (within the U.S.) typically ship via USPS or UPS Ground.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days after processing

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on customs and carrier

Order Tracking:
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delays & Exceptions:
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand seasons.
We are not responsible for delays once packages are in transit, but we’ll always help you locate your order when possible.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@jnanamamawellness.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll gladly work with you to replace or refund items as appropriate.

International Orders

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
Please check your local regulations before ordering.
