About the event
This final session completes the series by returning to what is already familiar, steady, and reliable within the body.
Rather than introducing new techniques, this session revisits core practices from the series—containment, paced breath, gentle movement, rest, and choice—allowing the nervous system to recognize what it now knows how to do.
The emphasis is on consolidation, not performance. Regulation here is not something fragile or temporary, but a capacity that can be returned to again and again. This session supports participants in noticing what has changed, what feels more accessible, and what they can carry forward into daily life without ongoing instruction.
All practices are optional and adaptable. You’re welcome to participate fully, partially, or simply listen. This session is especially supportive if you’re ready to step out of structured guidance while trusting your ability to self-regulate.
You’ll leave with a clear sense that steadiness is not something you lose—it’s…
