This winter session introduces gentle attention shifting as a tool for nervous system regulation.
When the nervous system is stressed or fatigued, attention often becomes fixed—on tension, discomfort, or mental looping. Rather than trying to “change” what’s happening, this session explores how small, choice-based shifts in attention can restore steadiness and flexibility.
You’ll be guided through simple practices that involve tracking neutral sensations, noticing moments of ease, and gently moving attention between them. The emphasis is not on focusing harder or processing emotions, but on giving the nervous system more options.
All practices are slow, optional, and grounded in winter’s pace. You’re welcome to participate actively, listen quietly, or pause as needed. This session is especially supportive if you notice feeling stuck, foggy, or overly focused on one sensation or thought.
