About the event

This winter session introduces containment as a foundation for nervous system regulation.

As awareness deepens, sensation often becomes more noticeable—warmth, pressure, tension, or subtle movement. Without support, this can feel overwhelming or destabilizing. Containment helps the body stay present with sensation while maintaining a sense of safety and steadiness.

In this session, you’ll explore simple, body-first practices that emphasize grounding contact, supportive pressure, and paced sensation awareness. The goal is not to analyze or change what you feel, but to notice sensation within clear, supportive boundaries inside the body.

All practices are slow, optional, and adaptable. You’re welcome to participate fully, partially, or simply listen. This session is especially supportive if you’ve noticed feeling sensitive, overstimulated, or unsure how to stay present with physical sensation without shutting down.

You’ll leave with practical tools for maintaining steadiness as awareness increases—both during practice and in everyday life.
