About the event
This session continues our body-first approach to nervous system regulation, with a focus on stillness, support, and rest that does not collapse or disconnect.
Inspired by winter, this workshop invites your system to slow down without effort. You’ll be guided through gentle breathwork, grounding practices, and a neuro-somatic reset designed to help your body recognize support and safety in the present moment.
Rather than pushing for relaxation, we’ll explore how rest can be upright, aware, and steady. Practices are simple, accessible, and choice-based, allowing you to listen to your body’s signals and adjust as needed.
This session is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling fatigued, overwhelmed, or “on edge,” and want a way to settle without forcing calm.
You’ll leave with a grounded sense of steadiness, along with practical tools you can return to anytime. No experience required. Participation is always optional.
