About the event

This late-winter session supports the nervous system as holding patterns begin to loosen—without rushing the transition.

Late winter is not a time for momentum or renewal. It is a time when effort naturally starts to release after a long period of containment. For the nervous system, this phase is best supported by allowing completion rather than initiating change.

In this session, you’ll explore gentle cycles of tension and release, longer unforced exhales, and stillness after movement. These practices create the conditions for release to happen organically, without collapse, emotional overwhelm, or pressure to “move on.”

All practices are optional, slow, and adaptable. You’re welcome to participate fully, partially, or simply rest and observe. This session is especially supportive if you’ve noticed persistent holding, difficulty resting after effort, or a tendency to push through fatigue rather than allowing resolution.

You’ll leave with practical tools for recognizing when release is ready—and how…
