About the event

This late-winter session centers on trusting what holds—the rhythms, practices, and pacing that have proven supportive over time.

As winter nears its end, the nervous system benefits from consolidation rather than novelty. This session reduces external structure and guidance, allowing participants to sense what genuinely supports steadiness without being told what to do next.

Guidance is intentionally minimal and segmented. You’ll be offered options rather than instructions, with space to rest, move, or remain still according to your own internal signals. The emphasis is not on improvement or readiness for change, but on recognizing what already works.

All practices are optional and adaptable. You’re encouraged to follow your body’s timing, adjust as needed, or simply listen. This session is especially supportive if you’ve struggled to trust your pacing, relied heavily on external structure, or felt uncertain about carrying regulation forward on your own.
